Returns Policy

We offer 30-day returns policy, provided the following conditions are met:

Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

Item is not marked as final sale.

Garment/s are in their original condition.

Please check that your location is eligible for DHL pick up/drop off before placing your order.

Refund Fees and Process

A flat processing returns fee of $20 applies and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Please allow up 5-10 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Your refund will be processed on your original payment method.

We offer 30-day returns policy, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number).
  • Items are not marked as Final Sale.
  • Garment/s are in their original condition, meaning that:

    - All tags and hygiene stickers are still attached.
    - Items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed.
    - In the interests of hygiene, we may decline to accept the return of item/s where it is obvious that this has not been done.
  • Refunds must be processed to the original payment method.
  • A flat processing returns fee of $20 applies and will be deducted from your final refund amount. In addition, return refunds do not include any original shipping charges you may have paid, you will be refunded only for the goods returned less your refund processing fee.
  • Please note: Rewards are applied proportionally across each item purchased and therefore any rewards applied to returned items will be forfeited accordingly.
  • Please note: DHL is our nominated refunds carrier. Please check prior to placing your order that your location is eligible for pick up/drop off. If DHL does not cover your location, returns will need to be taken to your local post office and returned at your own cost.

Step 1: Find your Order Number.

a. Beach Club Members: check your order confirmation email or go to My Account, click on the Returns tab to see your previous orders, and copy the relevant order number.

b. If you checked out as a Guest: check the order confirmation that was emailed to you

Step 2: Open the Refundid Portal here, enter your order number and details and select the items you wish to return.

Step 3:  Choose to have your parcel collected from home (this is a complimentary courier service we offer at no additional cost). If no pick up service available, please select your nearest drop off location.

Step 4:  Submit your Returns request. Print off your Returns Label and attach it to your parcel.

We recommend reusing your original order satchel to return your parcel to us.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please keep your return reference number as this can be used to track your return.
